We’ve reached an important milestone at Teeslink, with the completion of Phase 1 enabling works at our 54-acre industrial and logistics development in Stockton-on-Tees. The works prepare the site for the delivery of bespoke industrial and logistics units, ready to meet the needs of businesses looking to establish or expand their operations.
Delivered by Tees Valley-based Seymour Civil Engineering, the programme has created serviced development plots and development plateaus, alongside a completed highway extension and connected utilities. With the essential infrastructure now in place, we’re ready to progress building proposals in response to occupier requirements.
Teeslink has planning consent for up to 775,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space, with units ranging from 3,000 sq ft to 500,000 sq ft. Through our partnership with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, supported by a £3 million investment from the Tees Valley Combined Authority’s Indigenous Growth Fund, we’re helping unlock a strategically located employment site with the potential to support up to 1,000 jobs.
We can deliver bespoke freehold or leasehold buildings on flexible terms, with construction programmes from as little as 28 weeks and occupation available from Q3 2027. With up to 15 MVA of available power, Eaglescliffe railway station alongside the site and the A66 approximately one mile away, Teeslink offers businesses a well-connected location for their future operations.
Anthony Clitheroe, Development Director at Rula Developments, said: “Completing the Phase 1 enabling works is an important milestone for Teeslink. With serviced plots, development plateaus, highway access and utilities now in place, we can move quickly to deliver bespoke buildings that meet each occupier’s operational and commercial requirements.”
With infrastructure now in place, we’re inviting businesses to explore the opportunities at Teeslink and discuss their requirements with our team.
